This document outlines the privacy policy that relates to the Remoji Discord Bot (the "Bot"). Your use of the Bot is subject to agreement to this policy. By using the Bot, or continuing to use the Bot, you signify your agreement to this document. If you do not agree with this policy in its entirety, you may not use the Bot.

Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use the Bot:

• User account information: ID, username.

  • This is stored in the form of log files, which are retained in order to debug issues with the bot, to detect and prevent abuse, and to provide better support for users with specific issues.

  • After 6 months, the data is permanently anonymized to remove all identifiers.

• Guild (Server) information: ID, name, approximate member count.

  • This is stored in the form of log files, which are retained for analytics, to detect and prevent abuse, and to provide better support for users with specific issues.

  • After 6 months, the data is permanently anonymized to remove all identifiers.

• Command information: command parameters, including any emojis or URLs provided to commands.

  • This is stored in the form of log files, which are retained for analytics, to detect and prevent abuse, to provide key usage insights for development, and to enhance services provided by the Bot in the future.

  • After 6 months, the data is permanently anonymized to remove all identifiers.

Personal Data Inquiry

If you have a question or inquiry about your personal data, would like to request a copy of all of your personal data Remoji has, or to request the deletion of all non-essential personal data of yours that Remoji has, please contact us at the email address below, and we will be happy to assist you as best as we can.
